I've scoured the net for the answer to this but CB lenses are discussed less than C, CF etc (it seems they are the budget level lenses and thus not as appealing to Hasselblad owners).

What Bay Size does the standard 80mm 2.8 Planar CB lens take? Bay 50 or Bay 60? I ask because I've just bought a Bay 50 from ffordes.co.uk and when I asked if it will fit a "standard 80mm CB lens" he said "Yes, as long as it's Bay 50". I don't know yet because by Hassie is due to arrive today...sometime.

FYI, the system I bought is here : http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/280789655006?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649

Confused.

The CB is the CF lens without the ability to work on the focal plane shuttered Hasselblad 2000 body. It uses the same B60 filter as the CF lens.

Thanks for the info and the link - a useful resource added to my bookmarks.
