What bag for Bronica RF645?

I have a Bronica RF645 with the standard 65mm lens and a handful of the usual basic accessories. I've been carrying the camera around my neck or shoulder with the filters, lens hood and stuff in pockets but now, I'd really like to find a bag. My requirements are roughly as follows:

1. easy accessy
2. offers the camera some protection from bumps.
3. not too big nor too expensive.

I'm partial to lowepro but am open to any similar quality bag.


What do you suggest? If you have or have had an RF645, I'd be especially interested in hearing your experiences.

Finally, it occurs to me that the RF645 is not unlike most late model pro 35mm cameras (think Nikon F5, F6) in size an weight...

My RF645 with 65mm and Bronica lens hood slips in like a glove. There's generous padding all around plus the combination of a belt loop and shoulder strap distribute weight so effectively that I can walk around all day without any discomfort. An extraordinarily well made case. No, mine's not for sale, but they do come up once in a while, so be on the lookout.

I love my Tamrac Velocity 8x sling bag. I find the strap is very easy to adjust for different lengths.
Sometimes I like to pull it up high against my back when I am walking fast.
When I need to swing the bag around the side and to the front, I quickly release or feed the strap thru the buckle.
The weight of the bag helps to feed out any extra strap material.
I can carry a lot in the 8x but they have smaller sizes too. Try them out.

I have a Lowepro Event Messenger 150 (I think that's the specific model # - they make a series of them in slightly different sizes) that I use with my pair of Rolleiflexes. It holds both bodies, a hand-held light meter and a dozen rolls of film in the main compartment. In the front zipper pocket, I keep my Rolleinar close-up filters, a pen, a small notepad, some spare AA batteries for the meter, and loose change. There's a padded slot inside the main compartment you can keep an iPad inside or other similar device, and an outside unpadded back pocket that also holds a notepad or small book. Best part? Under $50. If that doesn't float your boat, I also like the Domke F2 bag, which I have for my Contax G-series outfit.
