What are the best chemicals to work with Photo emulsion Fomaspeed

I have a question and was wondering if someone could help me out.

This summer I worked with the photographic emulsion Liquid Light from Rockaloid. I used Kodak Dektol developer and fixer

A few days ago I order Photo emulsion Fomaspeed from Fomafoto and I want to try it out. My questions are:
*Does anybody have any tips or pointers for me?
*Does it works the same as Liquid Light?
*And what is the best developer and fixer to use Photo emulsion Fomaspeed with?
*what is the best darkroom safelight to use with Photo emulsion Fomaspeed?
