Looking through my junk box I found a Kodak No. 33 Anastigmat lens, f-4.5, 7 1/2 in. Serial number is six digits - all numbers.
I find nothing online about this lens except a mention on largeformatphotography.info that says sales literature suggests it’s a Tessar. However, examining reflections of a lamp, I can see two strong reflections in each section of the lens which would indicate a dialyte. Kodak did make both tessar and dialyte Anastigmats according to the LF page.

Does anybody know what this is? Camera lens? Enlarging, process? I would think it would cover 4x5 at least.

Camera lens. Old camera lens. The 33 and 31 are among my favorites for use on a Speed Graphic. My 1941 Anniversary Graphic was originally supplied With a 31 and Dial Compur shutter... which still gets regular use.

Um. dialytes have four strong reflections from each cell, not two. Tessars have four strong reflections from the front cell, which contains two singlets, and two strong, one weak, from the rear cell, a cemented doublet.

The #33 is a tessar type taking lens, see http://www.bnphoto.org/bnphoto/KodakEktarsDB000.htm
