I squeegee all my prints (on the bottom of an upside-down tray) to remove excess water. An appropriately-sized windshield wiper works very well.
If this doesn't solve your problem, you may be getting scum from somewhere in the processing (old fixer is a likely culprit).
Another possibility; if you use an ion-replacement water softener, there can be lots of salts in the water. If this is the case, soak the prints in a tray of distilled water for a few minutes prior to squeegeeing.
