Hi there,
Most probabbly has been linked before, so apologies, but I stumbled on an entry in the Profoto blog about a photographer called Ian Ruhter who shot snowboarders using wet plate collodion - on location, up a mountain and with action.
Interesting read, especially about the amount of flash units they used for the shoots! Pity there wasn't more about the process or how he got the darkroom up the mountain etc but getting a commercial shoot with an "alt" process is awesome.
