It's that 'lease up for renewal'. After a few years, it won't have got cheaper to renew: the Grand Arcade has got a little gentrified in the time they've been there.

I bitterly regret this news. I have bought many fine cameras and lenses from this company and always found the prices reasonable, and the staff knowledgeable and helpful.

Great to deal with, sensible pricing and yes a decent cuppa with every purchase! Having watched howard and team grow the business over time its a surprise, but retail is a tough gig. Will be much missed.
