hmm, at only $8/month that's not too bad. I would love to re-create my website, but I have somethings I need to get to first (like darkroom work!)
 
They also use cpanel as the gui to your site backend, which is a great way to manage your site. It gives you full control over everything (they have a demo of cpanel on their site you can look at). I've been using cpanel for a few years now and would hate not to have it. good luck

I know what you mean! The $8 deal is great for most sites, we needed more db's, and space for growth so went with the one up from that.

Re the old site:

Do not redirect, if you can't.
Just replace it with a single page stating it has changed to the new address, so people will know.

Update for "what's on the 'repair' menu for today":

*fix the links page -just got it going again
*re-add the quick reply function -done
*re-add the print topic function -done
*re-activate the secure pages (portfolio and post cards) -done
*add links to the new web host so we can get up to $52 per sign up if people click our link and sign up with lunarpages.com web hosting! -done

Still need to get some material submitted by Eric up and running this weekend, sorry Eric! Also need to get the negative exchange page going. bloomin 24hr days, they're good for nothing!
 
also reduced the wait between posts from 60seconds to 30seconds, and upped the PM box message quota-
