That site seems to be under construction...

There are new products as films from Foma, Ilford, Kodak, Fuji.

On the other hand the only Rollei brand films they offer there are Rollei Retro...

Thus, so far I rather use their pdf price list (at www.mahn.net).

As a general rule pricelists in Germany directed at consumers include VAT (typically 19%).

At mahn.net you'll find for your convenience both, net prices as well as with VAT added. You'll have to pay the VAT anyway.

Does it mean that Maco did direct shipment to end-users before? Or is this new?

Their pricelist says yes. And all the time I thought they did....

However they offer some traffic/surveillance films only to governmental agencies or special companies.
