if it were kodachrome it would say so, so my guess is it's an ektachrome/agfachrome clone of some sort, probably made by 3-M, which made a lot of that rebranded film back then.
Are there any indications on the box as to what vintage this film is? A "process before" date?
I am fairly sure it isn't a Kodachrome process, but if it were it would have been K-12 in 1966.
And I think it would have been E4 if it had been an Ektachrome compatible process.
