I am still interested in finding the software Nikon Photo Secretary. I understand this comes on a 3 1/2 floppy disk and that is not a problem. This has been discontinued/abandoned by Nikon for "better" software. However, I am still shooting a N90, and two N90s cameras (one with the M26 data back) and this software will let me fiddle with some of the controls within the camera as well as downloading the information on settings etc. for up to 40 some rolls stored within the camera. Also I am needing MC-31 type interface cable to connect the above cameras to the computer... Does anyone know of a reliable "reasonable" source for the 10 pin plug/wire that will connect to many of the N90-100, F4 D90 etc. cameras. I do have some information on making a MC-31 type connection but still I need a reliable and affordable source for the plug that is unique and specific to Nikon.

I'll bump this because I feel your pain.
The only time I've seen the Nikon version is bundled with the Nikon Digi 14n
I'm in the exact same boat with the canon 1V software and when it does pop up, people look to gouge you.

Be aware you may need a computer with an older OS to even run it. Compatibility issues.

I did manage to get a copy of the Canon version off their Japanese website even though it wasn't available on the US support site. But that leaves the proprietary cable problem and haven't run that one down.

Did that come with the N80/F80? I had a couple of those. If it was in the original package, I might have a disk like that.

Not sure about the F/N 80. The time line might fit. Possibly early 90s or so. Don't know about a compatibility issue, just change the flag to trick it into thinking it is on a Win95/98 box rather than a XP one. The cable has the 10 pin round plug that connects everything up to the F5? I think.
Got the PM and replied.
