I'm looking to pick up some Graphic/Graflex Film Pack Adapters, hopefully for the cost of postage and handling. I'm wanting 4x5 Graphic #1234 Film Pack Adapters in particular but any format or model will be put to use. TIA.

Joe

I just got one as part of a trade. Are you planning on adapting them for plate photography?

If so, do you have an easy tutorial? I may end up doing the same someday.

Yes. I plan to adapt them for plate use. The light baffle is merely a piece of foam weatherstripping attached to the front of the door where the paper tabs from the film pack would normally exit. I'm designing some acrylic inserts for various size plates (1/4, 1/6, 1/9) to be used inside the pack holder. I have a handmade insert that works, but I'm planning to get some pretty laser cut ones in the various sizes. I'll try to get a picture posted in the next few days.

Joe,

The craft store (Michael's) sells small pieces of black foam with (and without) peel and stick glue on it.

I adapted a 1/4 film pack with just duct tape and it worked just fine.

There might be a market for your "kits" if the laser guy is cheap enough.
