Wanted for Christmas - Dead Sinar bellows so I can remove the end frame, front end frame in 10x8" bellows, for modification of Tackyhara to enable it to work with Sinar shutter behind front standard - My work room bench and now the kitchen table is covered in bits of Sinar, Tackyhara, drawings, scribers, vernier calipers, bellows and drawings
Conclusion is that a dead bellows end frame is the most logical answer - I promise not to cheat and repair the bellows, well, sort of promise
