WANTED COLORED DARKROOM EQUIPMENT

Hey Photo Community!

I'm currently building a darkroom to print colored prints. But I'm having trouble finding a print processor. I'm not a big fan of the JOBO. Was wondering if anybody is selling any used equipment? Something similar to a fujimoto, Colenta, or Thermaphot?

Good afternoon! You may want to modify your title to indicate you are interested in RA4 roller transport processing equipment. That will be more accurate. Welcome to the forum, nice to see another Angelino in the group!

Color printing can be done in trays. RA4 chemistry is very tolerant as long as you keep it reasonably warm 80 F or above and give it enough time.

70 degrees is plenty in trays

There is a Durst Printo machine up on eBay right now in Oakland. He wants $350 to ship it though. Sounds like a road trip may be in order...

I’m sure trays work just fine- but not for me. I find the developer odor overwhelming. But everyone is different.

I think the O.P. wanted a darkroom for making colour prints, not " a coloured darkroom".
