Wondering what would be a fair price with an ok lens. There's one for sale about 100 miles away and if I am going to have to incur the wrath of the domestic goddess atleast I should get a good deal...

Depending on the condition, and the lens, I would expect 300 to 600 in working condition.
If the camera is described in working condition, I'd expect the bellows to be in good shape and light-tight, with no major structural flaws in the camera body. As a "good deal" I'd say 400 and less in working condition.
Much depends on the value to you.

I have one of these and like it. Shortcomings?: relatively short bellows. Plus?: relatively good bellows. They were not leather and generally faired better than their more expensive relatives. The camera alone is worth about $150. Lens is another story, as they can run $20 to $1500, depending.
