I'm tired of having my 16x20 easel bump into the enlarger support so I thought I'd try to devise a wall mount. Has anyone done this? how did it work? I'm handy with tools and wood so I'm hesitant to buy the "official" Beseler model. Has anyone made a wall mount from scratch for this enlarger?

I have both my Beseler and Omega enlargers on a 8"x2"x6' board that sits above the working area. I did this for your reason and to control vibrations.
Look up this book "Build your own home darkroom" by Lista Duren and Billy McDonald.
I have a Beseler VXL chasis that I wall mounted myself. I built a bracket from laminated plywood (3/4" x 2 = 1 1/2" thick)
Think of it as a large L brack with 3 triangle supports within (one at each side and one in the middle). I then bolted it to anchors I installed in the concrete block of my basement wall. Very solid and all made from scrap furniture plywood pieces I had kicking around - just a few bolts and anchors.
