Saw this Volvo website ad featuring the attached frame. I think it is a Voigtlander, is that correct?

Yes it looks like a Cosina/Voigtlander, the rewind lever looks pretty distinctive, and yes for some reason it does look ENORMOUS. Small hands maybe :-D
