I just bought a used MB-15 grip for a Nikon F100 from these guys on ebay for $46 plus shipping. Although advertised as in excellent condition, grip was received DOA, but they've promised to send a replacement grip without the battery insert (which works). We'll see.
I bought a 50- 135 Nikkor from him ,described as mint , it was very nice cosmetically ( exterior ) but when the lens was examined after receiving it . it had been taken all apart, lens removed apparently to clean them, so he said . but there was metal fragments through out the lens from where his lens removal technique had all but ruined the rings that retained them . after some heated debate, and a couple of weeks past, I got a refund. Beware.
I know nothing about Volksphoto and have never dealt with them. I did just go on ebay to check on them and it's interesting that they have had over 3,400 transactions and their positive feedback is 100%!!!

This is because many or most people, including far to often, me, after getting the item, especially if they made an effort to ship it quickly and cheaply, BEFORE giving it a thorough check-over, send back a positive response, as it is often based on the technicals of the transaction rather than the item sold.
Once that response positive or negative is sent, it cannot be changed.

Well, maybe, but 100% postive is not the record of most sellers. If what you say is the case, most all sellers on ebay would have 100% positive feedback. I carry no brief for Volkesphoto and, as I said, I know nothing about them. If I had a bad or questionable transaction I would not hesitate to state so. This would save others grief. That's the purpose of ebay feedback. No?
Follow-up: In fairness to Volksphoto, they did send a replacement MB-15. Unfortunately, however, it didn't work either! Bought a mint one closer to home for a few dollars more which works perfectly. Looks like I have an expensive spare battery-holder.
