Just ordered one of these from Certo6 off Ebay. Seemed like a pretty decent price ($85) for a fully restored camera. At least it seemed reasonable to me.

This and/or an Isolette that I got recently will be my new long-distance backpacking cameras. Looking forward to having some fun with them. Not sure if the Isolette will need a new bellows or not. I couldn't find any holes, but haven't film tested yet. Hope to take it out tomorrow to shoot a roll. Shutter and focusing seem to be working great in this camera. It's also in BEAUTIFUL cosmetic condition. Only $47.50.

Not the high end shutters and lenses in either of these, but from what I've seen and read they should be quite nice. Can always upgrade if they work out the way I hope.

J don't have a Isollete but I do have a Perkeo 1, mine has the Vasker lens and it ain't bad, stopped down it is very sharp and good contrast, I have produced 16/12 prints from the negatives and could have gone bigger with no loss of detail, Not the best lems, that would have been the Skoper, but pretty good

You will be happy with folders. $85 seems to be a good price if it has new bellows and in perfect working condition.

Human range finder is an handy tool. http://tomchuk.com/misc/rf/

Whether it is a triplet or a tessar, they are good from f/8.0 - f/16.0. Mine stay @f/11.0

Long distance hiking cameras...LOL... I am planning on taking my Isolette III on the Appalachian trail... It's already hiked about 1000 miles in Texas with me.
