The lens is in good working and cosmetic condition.
The barrel is clean and well maintained.
The glass is clean and clear, no fungus, no haze, no scratches.
There is some internal dust but it doesn't influence the image quality.
There is no oil on aperture blades.
Focus is smooth aperture clicks solid.

The lens comes with original front cap (there are some scratches on the cap), Voigtlander LTM to M adapter and M rear cap.
