Voigtlander Prominent to Leica M adapter - any experience?

Okay - I have a nice 50/2 Ultron in voigtlander Prominent mount. I'm interested in using it on my M3.

Anyone used this adapter? If so, what did you think?

I've used a Kipon Prominent to Leica LTM to M-mount adapter coupled to a vintage Nokton lens and it works very well. If it's anything like the Kipon, the Photodiox will do the job.
