Voigtlander focar close up 1 & 2 for Vito B - "detailed instruction booklet" needed

I'm awaiting delivery of the above focar supplementary lenses for my Vito B camera - (part nos. 303/32 & 304/32).

I have the relevant manual for the camera which gives the subject/lens distance for each lens and combined distance for when both are used together. Just set distances only, no depth of field measurements.

However, the manual states "We shall be pleased to supply on request a detailed instruction booklet with data for scales of reproduction, depth of field, etc.".

Does anyone know where I can get this above mentioned booklet??
