Voigtlander Bessamatic Deluxe - ASA/ISO ring stuck

Hi everyone.
I've been using this page without being a member during the past year and I thought it was a shame not be part of.

I'm a huge fan of old cameras, and I just started in this world (I was a dc user).
My first bought was (almost a year ago) a Voigtlander Bessamatic Deluxe.

The camera is in a great condition, except for one thing (two, being honest):


The ring you use select the iso of the film seems to be stuck. As this ring is stuck, it is impossible to select the proper iso of the film.
Does anyone knows how to properly unstuck the ring?

I tried to disassemble this part, but this is where I couldn't find how to keep going:

I said two things because I don't know if this problem is related to the other problem that is that I can't select the Bulb option. It seems it reachs only to 1.

Sorry for my english. I'm from Argentina and I live in a small town and I don't have many people to ask about this camera.

Sadly, I can't help you with your problem, other than noting that the Bulb problem is likely unrelated to the ISO setting dial.
