I bought this as a backup body for my Contax IIa and full assortment of vintage Zeiss lenses (all lovingly restored by Henry Scherer), used it once to test it out and it's been in it's box since. Nice bright finder with frame lines, TTL exposure meter, mechanical Copal shutter (B-1/2000 sec, 1/125 flash sync), etc.
The Contax IIa and lenses I sold recently, but the backup body remains. If you haven't used vintage Zeiss glass designed for the Contax, you're in for a treat. I'd rate it as good if not better than anything Barnack/Leica produced, and at much more reasonable prices!
These are still available now and again new for $999, I'm offering mine at a very fair $790. I'll include a custom made ever ready case too.
I would be willing to consider trades/partial trades, am looking for a few 4x5 lenses:
Schneider Kreuznach Super-Angulon 90mm f5.6 in copal 0
Rodenstock APO-MACRO-Sironar 120/5.6 in copal 0
Rodenstock 135 or 150mm Apo-Sironar S in copal 0
Thanks for looking!
