You might want to consider the Canon 35mm f/2. The older f/1.8 is considered a vintage lens. The f/2 is more modern and contrasty. Might not be quite what you are looking for but I thought I would mention it. Also I think Light Lens Lab made their 35mm Summicron redo in LTM. Might be more than you want to spend though.
It is a shame that Voigtlander stopped making LTM lenses. Some of the modern ones are fantastic. They really should have LTM as an option even if it costs more.
Congrats on the Canon 7. Most underrated camera out there. Everyone discounts it because it isn't a Leica, but it is basically just as good for making pictures. I have two, one that has been completely redone, and the redone one is smoother than any other camera I own, including my late M3.
