There are several different Collinears, with quite significant differences in design. I don't have all the data available here and now, but will be back hole late next week - I'll look into it then.
The similarities between the Dagor and the Collinear are minimal. Both are 3+3 design, but that's about the end if it. The Dagor has the 3 elements in each cell arranged as +-+ | +-+ around the stop, the Collinear is ++- | -++ if I remember correctly. That also means that all the glasses are different, with different refractive indices and dispersion. Oddly enough the end result of all the differences is, as Sandy says, a lens which performs much the same as a Dagor...
