I never heard of any Vivitar branded projecteor. (Must be a Leitz in disguise as given to you...)
A photo might help.
The data for a replacement bulb can be taken from the old one, otherwise the socket type and power cunsumption stated on the casing should give enoug indication though maybe the bulb voltage is not stated.

I have a 1973 Pradovit RC that I bought new. It fell on it's face but I bought a new optical assembly for it. This Vivitar 300 AF has a Vvivtar 85mm 2.8 lens and is supposed to take the normal rotary tray AND a "long" tray, whatever that is. My leitz trays don't seem to fit. I found the bulb-it's cheap. There are quite a few Vivitar projecters on American ebay. I just got the Vivitar as a spare.

In Europe there are several round as several straight tray systems , about ten in all...

Leitz themselves offered two different types of straight magazines...

I looked at photos of the round tray for your projector. I never saw that model before.
About the straight tray I only can guess.

The first one is called "Universal-Magazin", it is the most common in Germany.
The second one is called "LKM-Magazin"

Neither Leitz nor Carousel trays will fit this projector.

It works with the Sawyer's Rototrays or with the TDC straight tray.

The Rototray can be recognized as holding 100 slides, by having gear teeth on the circumference of the larger face, and not having any locking collar (the slides are held in the tray by friction).

The TDC trays are recognizable as being straight, and having no system to retain the slides (if you've taken the lid off, you'll have to be careful not to dump the slides). These trays are often called "Universal" trays, though they can't live up to that claim.

The bulb is FCS, very widely available, inexpensive and long-lasting.
