Clean example of a nice vintage wide-angle. edit: Dust specs on first image are on outside of the lens, clean and clear glass throughout this sample. I've used this example, makes nice images (could provide film scans upon request) and focuses quite closely. edit: Will include caps, metal front screw-on and plastic generic for rear.

Versatile mount to adapt to other cameras, or works great on a Spotmatic or TLS.

It's really a good little lens. I've had the same exact one in the same Pentax mount since 1973.

Thanks, Tom1956 for the words.

It is very good. Most of my samples are not on film so I can't/won't share here, but it focuses closely and can gather light pretty darn well, especially considering the price. Stopped down it's nice and crisply sharp as well.

Some better images.

My first wide angle lens, in Nikon mount for a Nikkormat. I echo the praise of its good qualities.

I believe the serial number starting with 22 means it's made by Kiron/Kino Precision, a company that made great lenses.
