Vito CLR service manual

Hi, I need this manual to do a little service to my Vito (after each exposure, the cocking lever does not turn unless the fire button is fully pressed again). I could not find any solution on forums.

Voitlander had a number of different versions of Vito cameras. Mine is a Vito IIb. Which one is yours?
