Visiting SLC - last week of December - Locations

I'll be visiting friends and family in SLC the last week of December. I'm looking for good landscape shooting locations and to see if anyone in the area wants to go out and shoot somewhere. I especially like old buildings and cars. I shoot both LF and 35mm.

Temple Square will be lit up for Christmas, as always. That is a must target for most photographers. The torchlight parade at Snowbird on New Year's Eve is worthwhile. The canyons east of the city are always worthwhile. One possibility is night shots in the snow there. Park City may be interesting.
