View Camera Magazine Subscribers Only

Hi Everyone,

Tonight I've tried to login to the subscribers only section of the View Camera magazine website but can't. I'm using the current password printed on the label but can't get anywhere.

Can anyone else login?

I've been having the same problem. The password just doesn't seem to work.

I've posted on the View Camera Forum and emailed Steve Simmons twice about it, but haven't heard back from anyone yet.

I also just tried unsuccessfully, using the secret number on the copy of the magazine that arrived yesterday.

Could be a legacy of the hacker attack last weekend.

I'm still waiting for my March/April copy. I've only been sent the secret number for access to the subscribers portion of the website once - last September.

I know Diane, but the magazine comes to me in a paper envelope with just my name and address on it - no other numbers or information. It's like the subscription department forgets to mail my copy every issue and so they make up a label and stick it on an envelope with the last issue in it and send it off. The only time I ever got the secret code numbers was when I complained last September and they sent them by email.

Apparently the problem has been fixed.

But a reply to my e-mails would have been nice. After all, I did pay for my subscription.

Okay I just logged in but the extended articles for this issues aren't posted. According to the subcriber only main page the last update was made November 2004.
