Interesting video. He mentions minimal agitation which I take to be in respect of film development but gives no details of what minimal agitation consists of or what it gives you compared to "other kinds of agitation" for want of a better term. He then goes on to describe split grade printing using only 0 and 5 which is what I had thought was the standard way and certainly was the method described by Les McLean, one of the "founding fathers" of split. Finally he mentions changing only one thing at a time to make progress which again seems sensible but is hardly a revelation in itself

I am sure there is a lot more to come but maybe in 17 minutes it was a pity that more wasn't revealed to excite interest in what may be quite a different way of working in the darkroom
