For Sale Very Rare Komura 28mm F3.5 Leica Screw Mount Lens

This is a vanishingly rare Komura 28mm F3.5 Leica thread mount lens. These lenses rarely appear for sale. This lens is in very good condition with clear glass and no fungus, no haze, and no separation. The mechanical motions are all normal and work well. There is a wee bit of oil on the iris blades and there is a shallow scratch on the rear element about 1.5mm long which has zero impact on images (which are beautiful). The lens is sold with an original hood, what I think may be the original rear cap, and a substitute front cap.

These lenses sell for close to $1000 on eBay when they are occasionally offered, so my price is rather low. I'm selling this and a few other items to pay my yearly property taxes, but if one or two of the other items sell this will be withdrawn so act now if you need it.

The Komura is a beautifully crafted, good-looking, very compact and light wide angle lens, that delivers crisp, colorful images.
