I just realized I have three rolls of Kodak HIE 35mm infrared from 2004, along with a few rolls of Macophot IR from around the same time. they were stashed with some other film, and refrigerated for much of the time, but not the whole time .

What is the likelihood these two emulsions are still useable? If they are, how do I adjust exposure and development?

Both are probably useful, just take a roll of each out and use it.

They'll be fine. I'm finishing up a couple sheets of HIE 4x5, expired in 1967, as we speak, and they are fine albeit a bit higher base fog.

Nice, thanks guys. Looks like I actually have four rolls of HIE, five rolls of the Macophot 820, and one box of Macophot 4x5. I remember the latter being SUPER slow. I’ll have to see if I can find my notes on that emulsion.

I never shoot 35mm anymore, but this should be fun! I thought about trying to sell the HIE, but I actually don’t have the boxes, just unopened canisters, plus I’d just like to shoot it again.
