I am so excited to find a site dedicated to real photography. I am a member of another forum and I get so tired of digital this and photoshop that... This site looks great, I hope I have time to catch up on old stuff and learn a lot. I need new inspiration, I haven't gone down to my darkroom in probably 2 weeks.

Glad to have you aboard Mindy. I too have a bottle of Rodinal, it has been on my darkroom shelf for about a year unopened, I have moved on!
My favorite brew is now Aculux 2. by Patterson, an antidote for Rodinal.
I am from the big wicked city, London UK, well outnumbered by those on the other side of the pond.
My age I have forgotten, but I am known unaffectionately as 'Stone Age Stan'

I'm an Norwegian, somewhat older than 33, and I've never used Rodinal...

I keep planning to, but my local shop only has Rodinal in stock when I've just mixed a new batch of Beutler's - or FX-2 - or Pyrocat-HD - or Windisch' - or something else I think might be good for my negatives.

I'm a Rodinal fan too, but I also use Rodinal Special (Studional) for Scala, and Paterson FX39.
