The creek a block or so away from Vermont Center for Photography flooded today as Irene was making her way through.
Our front door is on the wooden walkway seen in the last image on this page;

Our gallery manager reports things look ok from a distance and the water is receding, but we won't know the full story until tomorrow when we can get access to the building.

I am glad I didn't try to go up there today to pick up my photos. A section of Rte I91 by Deerfield was closed about mid-afternoon also. I hope all is well for the gallery and the flooding is over.
