Vermont Center for Photography proudly announces the 2019 Open Juried Exhibition call for entries. Doing things a little differently this year, we are seeking a broad range of ‘exhibition-ready‘ bodies of work, including both traditional and non-traditional approaches to photography. Our juror will be asked to select between 8 to 10 artists for exhibition – and will then select between three and five works per person offering artists the opportunity to showcase a series at a deeper level than most juried shows and enriching the viewing experience for visitors to the gallery as well.
This vibrant two-month long group show is the keynote exhibition of our entire year – and we are very pleased any honored to have photographer and long-time Director of the Photographic Resource Center in Boston, Bruce Myren, as our guest juror for this show. We encourage photographers of all age, regions, styles, and experience levels to participate in this show. It is an outstanding opportunity to become a part of a larger national community of photo-talent and hang your work alongside other immensely talented individuals.
