Before I go against my better judgement and subscribe to VCM again, has delivery improved any? Do you get it within the months on the cover or 1-2 after that? Has the editing improved any? Steve would probably hate to see my name on the subscription list again. But I was just wondering. Figured some of you might know.

Regarding first question. I would like to be more or less assured of receiving a January/February issue in, oh, I dunno, let's just say, January or even February. Not June.

Hi CW,
not really! Delivery is still rather variable. I just forget about it. Then when the magazine arrives it is a surprise!

I got my Sept/Oct issue on Saturday past. That seems to be normal. The content of that edition was very good (to my taste, anyway). Some issues during the past year haven't been great, but there is usually at least something of interest.

Kind of what I was expecting. Thanks, folks. I will just have to resort to making my own large format photographs and look at them repeatedly. Maybe scribble something on a pad to mix it up.

Just subscribed, and received my first issue promptly. Not to worried, just figure whenever an issue arrives it will be a treat.
