I've been printing on variable contrast paper for decades, first Agfa and now Ilford. But I recently saw some prints made on graded paper that I really liked. Just wondering if there's any reason to switch, and if so, which papers?

It looks like I could use FOMA, Oriental Seagul or Ilford Gallery .(very expensive), all from B&H. I may try FOMA.

You might notice not many grades are available in those papers. Ilford only in 3 and mostly 3&4 for the others if you want fiber-based.

There is very little graded choice out there. Nearly all the really classic old products are long gone. A small amount of Ilford Galerie graded remains, but how fresh some of it still is might be questionable; you might find some Grade 3. In the meantime, VC papers have dramatically improved. I doubt any of the classic Seagull G graded bromide paper is still usable even if one stumbled onto some of it; the redux Seagull products were comparatively anemic.

Without seeing the same negatives printed on multigrade paper, one would never know. Why not buy some graded paper and try it?
