The Vancouver Island University bookstore is selling all their photo supplies off. Apparently the film/darkroom course has been dropped. I got 60% off today on a whack of Ilford paper (they weren't cheap before, but at 60% off it's a pretty good deal.) They have alot of 35 mm film (no other formats) and Ilford paper, both fibre and RC. MGWT is only in 16x20. I bought as much as my bank account would allow. They don't have chemicals. They do have lots of spot tone, film sleeves (35 mm) and some Patterson tanks. I suspect that if you'll take REALLY alot off their hands they might give you an even better deal.
I haven't bought there on a regular basis - as they were more expensive than mail order, but now it will have to all be mail order.
I'm very distressed to hear the course has been dropped, as I've seen some good work coming out of it over the years
