Value of a Plaubel Anticomar?

I've recently had a 15cm f/2.9 Anticomar offered to me for $425, comes with a 3x4 Graflex Series D that works but needs a cleaning and tune up. The lens is in good shape. Apparently the whole thing was boxed up years ago and just recently found at an estate sale. Is it worth that price? I'm aware of most of the imaging pros and cons of this lens, and I like the look. Any ideas?
