Vacuum frame plans

Does anyone have plans for how to build a reliable vacuum frame to share or to sell? I am finding that for carbon printing I can't get perfect contact over the whole tissue with a normal contact printing frame. I know that there used to be some floating around, but they all seem to have been taken down. Any and all help much appreciated.
