Will a negative developed in a non-staining developer, specifically for PT/PD printing, read the same in both a visual densitometer reading and a UV channel reading? Or will there still be some difference in the readings depending on what film you're using?

Thanks,

Eric,

My experience has been that the readings will be very similar, but may not be exactly the same. There may be a sleight difference in the UV density of the B+F, for example, that will cause a sleight UV difference. There may also be a very sleight difference in UV density proportional to the visible density, but it seems to be neglidgible in most cases.

TMAX 100 is another story all together, however...
