Hi all...

I was wondering how all of you attach a support sheet when feeding OHP via manual front load on the Epson 3800?

When I tried it w/o support, the OHP had enough curl in it to catch on one of the many spots in the printer post-printhead.

Today I tried to use blue low-tack tape to tape 1/16" of the corners wrapped around to the support sheet. It worked but was very fiddly to deal with.

I'll mention that I print 4x5 negs and try to gang 4 to a 8 1/2x11 sheet of OHP.

Thanks in advance for any better ideas...

Depending on the OHP, I have no need to attach a support with Pictorico. and it is the only OHP I use at letter size from the front all can go from the normal way without mark. For larger neg A2 I get no problem to feed the 3800 with all brand OHP without any problem

I forget to add that many OHP are cut from roll and are to thin which cause curl. the only I knwo which stay flat ( for the moment) is Pictorico.
Just can add that I use agfa , folex and tecco.

hmmm...ok

I use Arista OHP which is the same thickness as Pictorico, 7 mil.

But the slight curl as it comes through from the front feed catches in a few places...
