I have a quantity of 4x5 Kodalith sheet film, and was originally going to build a pinhole camera to shoot it, but I'd prefer a camera w/ a lens, no matter how primitive. I have my eye on a 4x5 box camera (at least that's how it's described) that has a couple of wooden plate holders. Can these holders be used for 4x5 sheet film?

You will likely need film sheaths. You can find them on the auction site. You slip the film in them then into the plate holder.

Sounds easy enough. Thanks!
