Using RA/RT Additive as Dektol roller transport preservative?

Hi all, it's been a while.
I'm using an Ilford ICP42 RT processor for RA and BW.
Would adding the RA/RT "additive" to Dektol help prevent and or delay oxidation?
And what about the RA/RT BLX "additive" to the fixer for same reasons?
I know, I'm cheap...could just buy the Polymax RT, but since I do both processes...
