Our Darko Saric from Germany sold me an Leitz Hektor 135mm f:4.5. I have a Zorki 56010746 and Forster 3.5 cm and 5 cm sports finder. I want to ask you how to compose correctly with such a tele lens with sports finder or Zorki finder without 135mm finder ?

May be I can mask the sports finder or order a new finder with aluminum steel laser cut.

I remember that told about composing with LTM focus dot but I dont know its coverage.

Thank you Darko and all,

Umut

Since framing is so tight with a 135mm, I wouldn't try improvising. I'd look for a Soviet turret finder 35-135mm. They can be found on the auction site at reasonable prices, for example:

I wouldn't recommend that particular one. It doesn't look to be in good shape, but those kinds of finders do turn up on the site fairly regularly. Just my thoughts -- it's what I use with a 135mm lens.

You can sometimes find Canon 135mm finders for rather low money. Tanack is another brand you can keep an eye out for.

From my experience 135mm focal length is very difficult to frame without the correct viewfinder.
I agree with tessar that the Russian Turret finder is a well made, clean finder and also very accurate.
I think that in Hayyam Pasaji you will find one in a good price avoiding the shipping cost and taxes as well.
Enjoy your new lens.
