I've been hearing great things about the Ilford Multigrade Art 300 Paper. I've got a piece going into an exhibition and was wondering if this is the right paper. The image contains a lot of fog, which I want to maintain perfectly white. The descriptions of this paper make it sound like a warmtone paper, which I don't want for this. Does anyone have any suggestions??

Freestyle's Silver Artist Series in white matte is a similar paper. Below is Art 300 laying on a Silver Artist White. You can clearly see the warmer base of the Art 300, so of your are looking for a dead white base, Silver Artist might work for you:

But it looks out of stock, think it won't be back till the end of Aug:

The base is indeed warmer than Multigrade IV. However, you can control the image tone with your choice of developer. A standard developer like Dektol or Bromophen giving warm tones, whereas a cold tone developer like Tetenal Eukobrom giving more neutral tones.

I've been using Art 300 for the last few months and I think it's superb when you have the right subject matter. My first impressions are that very small details tend to get lost in the texture of the paper, so I use it for pictures that are carried by the larger scale graphics.

FWIW, a couple of examples from my blog:
