I'm cleaning out my film fridge and have a lot of film that I'd like to sell. This has all been cold stored since I obtained the film.

A lot of that stuff he has listed cannot be bought new, or if it can, it is extremely hard to find and expensive when it does go up for sale. The Fuji slide in this listing alone is probably worth $500+

160NS, 400H, and Velvia 50 are dope films while also difficult/impossible to buy new, and the expiration date on the box is practically irrelevant if they were properly stored.

Why do people drool over expired film?

That film is barely expired. If it's been refrigerated, it's pretty much as good as it ever was.
