Unusual looking Linhof Technica 6X9

This Linhof Technica intrigues me. It is quite unlike the pictures of the Technica iii or iv that I have seen before. Can anyone here give me some insight on this camera. I like the array of lenses that are included. What would be a good guess as to the cost of a CLA and bellows replacement?

Nothing exotic about it, just a standard 6x9 Technika V. Fairly beat-up, to boot, if you look closely at the pictures.
